Sofritas burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, corn and lettuce. No guacamole or salsa. Ate on 2/13 around 1:30 pm. Got sick around 6:00 pm. Vomiting, sweats, stomach pain and no sleep. Noticed cashier giving drinking cup with thumb inside the cup. I should have said something.
