Ate a steak bowl with pinto beans, white rice, steak, hot salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole last night. I am now suffering from severe cramping, vomiting, diarrhea and chills. To make matters worse I’m in my second trimester of pregnancy., I’m the only one who ate it and 10-12 hours before symptoms started. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Cramps
