Ate around 315pm. I purchased Burrito bowl with brown Rice black Beans Chicken Corn mild Salsa Cheese and shredded lettuce. Also had Chips and Guacamole coke zero with ice. I started to feel nausea around 7pm and began vomiting around 845pm this lasted until 1am. I ordered Hibachi Steak at 730pm on Friday 101218. My boyfriend ordered Mongolian Steak at the same time and did not have any issues. However I started to feel sick to my stomach about an hour after I ate & it has been almost 48 hours and my symptoms have not subsided yet. It started with feeling like a burning ball in the pit of my stomach and burping up food. I wanted to vomit but I didnt (in hindsight I wish I would have) instead I have had horrible diarrhea from a couple hours after I ate until now. I have tried multiple doses of Pepto Bismol & drinking as much water as I can to try to flush it out of my system and stay hydrated. If these symptoms do not subside by this evening I will make an appointment to be seen. The food tasted ok when eating it but right after something tasted bad in my mouth. Whenever I think about eating it it makes me feel nauseated. I feel bad because I thought it was a good restaurant and Ive eaten there before with no issues but I know something happened when I ate that food Friday night. I just wanted to report what happened in case it has happened to someone else. There was a young girl working the counter that was very pleasant but told us that it would be about 25 minutes before our food was ready so we left & ran a quick errand. There was a guy cooking & I didnt see any other employees besides that. When we got back to pick up our food she had to box it up and then gave it to us. We could not see the area where she boxed up the food because it was below the counter where the guy was cooking.
