yesterday I ate a heath blizzrd from dairy queen soft serve ice cream, within 3 hours I was vomitting, stomach twisted in terrible pain, and after the ice cream vacated, I was dry heaving for hours later. Then diarrhea began and this morning I am passing blood in my stool
