    It is possible to get food poisoning from drinking milk. Like other products which come from animals, milk needs to be treated for it to be safe for consumption. Raw milk, especially when not pasteurized, is one of the leading causes of food poisoning.

    - comments: insect control device is over food prep area in 1st floor bakery department and 2nd floor deli prep department. Devices shall be installed so that: 1)they are not over food preparation areas, 2) dead insects or insect parts do not fall onto exposed food, equipment, utensils, or single service items.     - comments: containers of food stored on the floor in the sushi walk-in cooler and sushi front prep-station. Items must be placed 6 inches above the floor.

    - comments: milk and wood crates used as elevation for storage in the following areas; cheese department, sushi prep, sushi walk-in cooler, smokehouse department, and 2nd floor bakery. Facility must remove and replace with shelving that is smooth, easily cleanable, durable, non-absorbent, and that is easy to monitor debris behind/underneath.

    - comments: observed mini fan unit in donut display case soiled with debris. Facility must clean and maintain.

    - comments: employee clothing items were found stored improperly in shushi prep-room on dry storage shelves.
