Went to Olive Garden on Father's Day June 15, 2025 about 8pm.
Ate Salad, one bread stick, half of Chicken Alfredo with broccoli order and had water to drink.
Felt nauseated and stomach pain within 3 hours.
Vomited for a few hours and had a headache for about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
