I ended up in the emergency room for abdominal pain/horrible stomach cramps. I had to be taken in an ambulance. It was worse than childbirth. The hospital did not test me for botulism. I had consumed two spoons (one serving) of this product prior to getting severely ill. I found out after this incident that the product was being recalled. Purchased from Sprouts in La Mesa | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps
