Had lunch at Asda cafe. Had lasagne and garlic bread with an oat milk coffee. Took 4 hours for her to start feeling sick and ended up with severe diarrhoea going over 30x to the loo and also vomiting too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
