Became ill 5hrs after eating a ribeye steak and having a sangria loaded with fruits. Was traveling home to Georgia at the time. Experienced severe stomach pain, cramps, nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea,chills. Hospitalized @ Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. 3/21/25 Food from Yard House restaurant in King of Prussia Pennsylvania. My whole family was sick everybody that ate it. My wife had a dinner date with her friend from work. They both got sick.
