- comments: observed no hand washing sink in kitchen prep area. Instructed to install a hand washing sink connected to city water line with hot and cold running water. Hand washing sink must be easily accessible for employees to wash hands at all times. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed no visible back flow preventer device on mop sink faucet head. Must install.

- comments: observed excessive dust and chunks of cement under cooking equipment in kitchen. Must clean and maintain.

This is just a health inspection report from before they opened. Nobody was poisoned.

Hi, thanks for your comment. You are right, this is a result of a restaurant inspection conducted by the Chicago Department of Public Health to ensure adherence to the regulations, and to provide service and education to the public.
Your web site is defaming a brand new company trying to open and attract new customers. No one was “poisoned” here. They had a few health inspection violations which I assume the city required they remedy before opening. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
