I ate the food for lunch at work. I ordered it from DoorDash. After eating it I experienced diarrhea and stomach pain. I did not have these symptoms before consuming the chicken gravy and the clear noodle dish with diced egg  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛

First time I experienced issues I had extremely heavy vomiting twice at early hours of the morning and then later again that same day. Second time (after not thinking it had been the noodles) I had a smaller portion than the prior time however had extremely runny diarrhea  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐
