Got their garlic noodles, combo #1 bag with boiled egg added, and onion rings. Woke up at 2 am with stomach cramps/pain and threw up 3 times. Spent the whole day with horrible muscle aches and nausea threw up about 4 more times throughout the day. I remember it was the only thing I ate that day so it couldn't have been something else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Muscle Pain
