My husband and I went to this restaurant on Sunday to eat brunch -egg whites with vegetables, pancakes and hashbrowns. I have had diarrhea, nausea and stomach cramping since. He had stomach cramping and diarrhea as well but didn’t eat all of his food. I went to urgent care and urine cultures grew mixed gram positive flora bacteria. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Nausea
