Nongshim Spicy Chicken Noodle Ramen Gold Packet "Shin Ramyun" - bought from Tesco Superstore (Croydon - Elmers End) Sunday 17th November 2024 - Ate this noodle packet for lunch with bacon, pak-choi, chinese leaf, and a hard boiled egg. Upon waking the next day (Monday - 18/11), I had severe stomach cramps which was followed by vomiting and diarrhoea. I also experienced cold sweats and fever, and this caused m to pass out on the bathroom floor for 15 minutes before being able to get up and move to my bed room. I had to take this day off work to recover. Friday 22nd November 2024 - I assumed my previous stomach and nausea issues were caused by a viral infection and so I ate these noodles again for lunch on this day. Between 8 and 10 hours later, I started to experience incoming stomach cramps which got worse and worse until midnight. At 12.10am, I started projectile vomitting all over my bedroom because the toilet was occupied by a family member in the shower. During this time, I experienced cold sweats again, fever, and severe stomach cramps. Once I could access the toilet, I also had diarrhoea and further vomiting throughout the night. I woke the next day with much less stomach cramps but my stool was loose and I felt sluggish, fatigued, and generally unwell due to the night before. I do not want to cause issues but I have been able to identify the Nongshim Ramen as the only common factor between these two significant events. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Sweating
