Grocery store food can cause food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea are commonly reported symptoms of Giant Eagle food poisoning. Recently it was involved in 2 massive recalls, Oct 2019 egg products were recalled over Listeria concern and Nov 2019 E. coli tainted romaine lettuce was recalled.
