We ordered the spicy BBQ chicken bacon and pepperoni pizza on Thursday night. We had the leftover that was refrigerated while still warm. We had the leftover the next day and were throwing up 2hrs later. Everything came after and didn't stop still Sunday morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Ate Canadian bacon and pineapple, and a “triple pepperoni” evening of Jan 31, 2026. FOUR people got sick within 6 hours.

Update: It turns out a bunch of us who were at a funeral all have stomach flu symptoms so I’m sorry for the scare but it probably wasn’t Papa Murphy’s  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
