Ate two slices of the pepperoni (mixed small and large pepperoni) and the Mediterranean style veggie pizza with chicken last night. Stomach has been upset after approx 4 hours of eating it. Definitely feeling off the following morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
