Food Safety Reports: Pizza Hut, West Court Street, Winnfield, LA, USA

This happened about 3 days ago under an Order for Tammy or a Chris Caballero. Not sure. She had bought us the pizza but we ate a pepperoni and a sausage pizza and have been throwing up/with major diarrhea ever since and this includes small children.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
