May 8th, 2026:
Legacy Snack Solutions of Waukesha, Wisconsin, is voluntarily recalling certain batches of Giant Eagle Baked Pita Chips With Parmesan, Garlic & Herb because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. This action follows a California Diaries, Inc. milk powder recall due to a concern of potential Salmonella contamination. Giant Eagle Baked Pita Chips With Parmesan, Garlic & Herb was distributed and sold exclusively at Giant Eagle and Market District locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, and Indiana in the United States.

AFFECTED PRODUCT:

The product is packaged in a 7.33-ounce, black bag with the Giant Eagle logo at the top, and is located in the snack aisle.

The recall is limited to the following Giant Eagle Baked Pita Chips With Parmesan, Garlic & Herb batches.
