I ordered nuggets and fries about 9:30 last night and by 3am i had severe stomach pain and vomiting and cramps that have still not improved 7 hours later

I ordered a take out of a side order of noodles with yum yum sauce around 9:30 pm. at 5 am i woke up with stomach cramps and has persistent vomiting and diarrhea and sweating for the following hour
