Chef boyarde spaghetti and meatballs
My almost 2 year old ate can of spaghetti and meatballs today for lunch 30min- an hour later the started throwing up it was only his 2nd time eating it. He also had diarrhea he was very irritable.

My almost 2 year old ate spaghetti and meat ball one earlier today and he started throwing up 30min- hour after and diarrhea. It was his second time eating it.
