Eating Lucky Charms. Its causes irritable bowels and diarrhea. Three times now, after eating a bowl before going to bed, the next day the symptoms hit in AM and continue for 24 hrs. After three bouts of this issue, I pinned it down to Lucky Charms. I am not eating any more from this box.
