Wife and I picked up a couple frozen pizzas at the grocery store to tide us over until we could get to a real town with a chain grocer. After eating one pizza for dinner, we spent the next day vomiting, with horrible diarrhea and nausea.

Two weeks ago we purchased a two-pound block of Tillamook Extra Sharp Yellow Cheddar from there. Each time we've used it, my wife and I have both become suddenly and incredibly nauseous and have had terrible diarrhea.
