Yeah, there is no way to tell the age of a boiled egg until it's really old. Don't risk it.

Sad to hear this. This was my go-to restaurant before the pandemic. Thought it would be my go-to again now that things are easing up. Guess I will keep cooking at home the way I have been for the past two years.

This restaurant is why I am a member of iwaspoisoned.com. I had food poisoning more than once from this place. I like the atmosphere but after getting wood chips in my salad and food poisoning on two separate occasions from their soup. I'm done. I may stop and get a coffee but that is all.

Not surprised. This place has gone steadily down hill since it opened. They do not seem to be able to get good managers or good help. We have had to send under cooked beef back numerous times whether it is a steak or a burger. Seriously, if we order it medium well, it comes back bloody. Order it well done, it comes back rare. We always have to send it back. It's not a bad place to get a mixed drink and an appetizer but forget about dinner. Go somewhere else for dinner.

WOW. I had the worst case of food poisoning in my life from the same Panera in Indian Trail late last year (2017). I haven't eaten there since. I stopped for coffee once and even hesitated about doing that because I was so sick after eating their chili and they didn't seem to care about when I told them the next day. The manager claimed that it had to be something else that I'd eaten. But as I explained to her, everything else I'd eaten, my family had eaten as well and nobody else was sick with food poisoning. The Panera's chili that I stopped and ate was the only thing that they had not eaten and I had. Plus, it was what came back up. My body totally rejected it every hour on the hour from 3 am to 6 am starting about ten hours after I'd eaten it. They tried to tell me that wasn't long enough. They just have no empathy or respect. I was a steady customer for years but once I found wood chips in my salad. I stayed away for a while after that but eventually went back b/c there aren't many places to eat near my work. I should have never went back.
