I was staying at hotel for conference. We had banquet dinner and within 30 minutes of finishing, I had to excuse myself and go my room. Onset of the worst night of my life, violent and projectile vomiting, nausea, sweats for the next 7 hours. Now, 4 days later better but still weak and sore.
