I grabbed a McDonald's 'Signature' burger from the one in Brixton, London. I felt a bit gurgly a couple of hours afterwards and it was followed by diarrhoea and a general yucky feeling. It was the only thing I had eaten so could only have been that. For 2 days now, the upset stomach remains!
