ate pizza last night with sauce, ham, mushrooms, spinach, basil, and bell peppers. no cheese. woke up this morning with stomach cramps. threw up around 9:30 and again at 12:30. noticed whole pieces of undigested mushrooms in stool and vomit. this sucks.
