I ate a Big Mac and fries with mayonnaise yesterday evening at around 6pm. I felt a little twinge in my stomach that evening but thought nothing of it. By noon the next day, I skipped breakfast, ate lunch and immediately threw it up. I have diarrhea, a fever, and intense nausea that won’t go away
