Last night I ate the $5 chalupa box when I woke up I got ready for work went to work through up multiple times went home still throwing up and have diarrhea feverish

I had the $5 box Supreme beef chalupa after I ate went to bed got up for work time I barely made it in store or throwing up feverish diarrhea got sick again went home after being there 1 hour and half made it home vomit another two times and diarrhea my stomach is cramping like no other don't know what to do with self
