Biryani Rice w/ Curry Chichen & Sambal Prawns on 29/5/2016 about 3pm. I felt unwell and went to bed. I woke at 3am to urgently attend the toilet. I had severe diarrhoea and vomiting. I had a fever. I had rigours. I am still not feeling well.
