Hadn't eaten anything else for awhile so I know it was the drink. After 3-4 sips, ears started ringing and my eyes began to water. Then the nausea and I bag an to throw up involuntarily. I was sick for three days after that. I didn't go to the ER but I sure wished I had. Worst experience ever.
