That part of town is called "Little Mexico" so why on earth would anyone stop into Taco Bell for a chicken-cheese quesadilla when there is cheaper, higher-quality options on literally every street corner around there? The real question is how a Taco Bell could make a sale at all in that cluster of Mexican restaurants and shops.
