Ate a chicken samwich ,then after about half hour had the symptoms described, Me ! but someone else a friend of a friend said the same thing then heard of several people saying the same thing

Could be anything! But I would suspect the 1st possibly is Mayo ! Mayo spoils fast if not kept at the right temp, 2nd the meat again cooking to proper temp is important, then go on to veggies and eventually someone could have been sick themselves, it's good you reported it because restaurants are not keeping up with protocols
