early hours of this morning i had sickness and diarrhoea. I think ready meal from sainsburys charlie bighams chicken jalfrezi caused it. The reason I think it was the curry is when I was nauseous I made myself sick as it was keeping me awake and there was large bits of onion in my vomit.
