Nauseous two to three hours after eating, went to bed, threw up all food during evening and it continued the entire day. Painful diarrhea and extreme stomach pain. Also, fever and shakes. My body temp fluctuated a lot. My boyfriend also got diarrhea which is how we narrowed it down to food.
