Ate 4 regular Crunchy tacos at approximately 1130am. Took a nap at around 230pm. Woke up at 430pm felt lethargic and a little nausea. Began vomiting at 515pm.

Update: Soon after creating this post I began throwing up perfusly to the point where I had nothing in my stomach. I felt week, couldn't hold food or liquids in. I ended up going to the E.R. Given an IV since I was dehydrated and medicine through my I'd to control my vomiting.
Diagnosis: food poisoning
