i ate their bourbon chicken and shrimp and a short time after felt sick and then in so much pain abdominally and diarrheaing and vomiting and sweating and a lot of pain

It was virulent to the point that I fainted. I couldn’t eat solid food for weeks and had to get medical treatment. I reported the incident to 3 managers with no response.
