Got Arbys around 9pm I had a 1/2 pound French dip and Swiss and oreo bites, around 12:20am I had a bad stomach ache and was sweating super bad and felt like I had to throw up, went to the bathroom and had diarrhea twice

Ate beef & cheddar and fries at 7:30pm. Exactly 6 hours later, woke up out of a dead sleep feeling very nauseous. Went to bathroom and vomited three times. Still feeling nauseous.
