وصلت السبت. بدأت تشعر «بالمرض» الأحد في وقت متأخر بعد ظهر اليوم. بدأت بقشعريرة ثم صداع سيء وتشنجات في المعدة والإسهال. تبعت الحمى والتعب واستمرت الأعراض طوال الرحلة، وقد كنا في المنزل لمدة يومين وتستمر الأعراض. بدأ زوجي يمرض يوم الأربعاء واستمراره أيضًا.

On April 10 after checking in on breathless resort, I have a couple of " old fashion drinks" and after 1/2 hours I got terrible headache..my wife order a sup and I forced myself to throw up. After 5 hours feel better., 1/2 hour after drinking.

Ate at Hibachi Grill for dinner. At 3:00 am woke with severe stomach pain threw up several times and then chills and shakes followed by sweating. The entire next day I felt horrible with diarrhea.

I visited the resort from 4/6/19- 4/11/19. I have since been to an ER twice, hospitalized and ongoing visits with GI doctors. I cannot work because it has become so bad.

I had some type of scalloped and assorted seafood as an app at Coquette French Restaurant. I also had the filet. 12 hours later I was sick as a dog on the plane and in line at customs as well. I had to get out of line as i almost passed out.
