طلبت ساندويش هالابينو رانش مشوي حار مع البطاطس المقلية وصلصة الهالابينو بالليمون وكان لدي صلصة الباربكيو. بدأت أشعر بالغثيان بعد 2-3 ساعات، وتقيأت بعد ساعة من ذلك. الدجاج هو ما جعلني مريضاً. طلبت وأكلت طعامي في الساعة 9:50-10:00 مساءً.

Ate chicken strips and fries there on Dec. 16. Woke up on Dec. 17 at 3am with major nausea. Vomited twice that morning and had diarrhea. I also had chills and aches and laid in bed the whole day. Started coming out of it on Dec 18.

Ate spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries at noon, that evening I started vomiting and having severe abdominal pain almost nonstop then had to go to urgent care the next morning. Didn’t stop feeling this way until 28 hours later.
