لقد حصلنا على طعامنا كالمعتاد في اليوم. عدنا إلى المنزل وأكلنا وعلى الفور كانت معدتي تشنج وكنت أشعر بالغثيان, تمر ساعات قليلة وأنا أتقيأ دون توقف طوال الليل. أحاول البقاء رطبًا ولكن لا يبدو أنه يحافظ على الماء منخفضًا، وكنت أشعر برأس خفيف عند الوقوف
