Ate Smart menu + one small burger by 22:00, and woke up at 5:00 in the morning feeling super sick. I threw up at least 20 times and had diarrhea. Called an ambulance and gave me an injection and then I could catch up some sleep. Horrible experience...  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
