I ate a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and a m&m mcflurry, extremely nauseous 2 hours later, followed by vomiting and diaherea. Extremely debilitating good poisoning.

Milkshake, Started as soon as I drank it. Four times of running to the restroom feeling sick before something actually happened.
