Had a double quarter pounder no bun on 4/25. By noon the next day I was nauseous. By evening I had diarrhea and severe stomach cramps, fever and body aches.

I just had half the sandwich. It started tasting like it was actually poisoned, almost like windex but a little minty. I’ve been feeling a bit sick thinking about it, thankfully I didn’t eat it all once I noticed the taste. I bought and ate it at around 8:50pm.
