McChicken, It was my roommate and he got sick about an hour after eating there and hes getting headaches hot and cold flashes diarrhea and feels like vomiting he also has abdominal cramps and a fever that has been going on for 3 days now

Double quarter pounder Severe vomiting and nausea, two hours after consuming food. As it was all I had to eat today it is the most likely cause.
