كان لدي BBQ Bacon Stack أمس في حوالي الساعة 4:30 مساءً بحلول الساعة 8 مساءً بدأت أشعر بالمرض!! كنت مستيقظا طوال الليل مع الإسهال والقيء!! أنا لا أعرف إذا كان البرغر ولكن كان هذا آخر شيء أكله

I had 3 chicken selects meal. Ate it and the next morning had the worst cramps, vomiting, and nausea.

Had the chicken selects around 8 pm on the 9th January on my way home. Around 1hr later my stomach started feeling uncomfortable, which just got worse by the hour,stomach cramps/vomit then diarrhoea followed by all three together. It lasted until around 4am.
