تناول العشاء مع صديقي الليلة الماضية. حصلت على كالاماري المقلية، سلطة، فيتوتشيني، والتيراميسو. وبعد ست ساعات، كان يتقيأ ويصاب بالإسهال لأكثر من 8 ساعات. لم يكن لدي أي أعراض إلى جانب الغثيان. متأكد جداً أنه كان يعاني من تسمم غذائي لأنه لم يأكل منذ الإفطار قبل عشاءنا

Chicken Alfredo, After I had chewed a bite of chicken I could tell it had not been completely cooked, it was still wet inside. I woke up about in the middle of the night with abdominal cramps and diarrhea, about 8 hours after eating the food.
