ذهبت لتناول العشاء وأكلت غلاف دجاج بوفالو وceaser. تذوق غلاف الدجاج نوعًا ما لكنني كنت جائعًا لذلك أكلته. في وقت لاحق من تلك الليلة حوالي 6 ساعات بعد تناول الطعام في sawbucks بدأت أشعر بتقلصات مؤلمة للغاية في المعدة وبدأت في تقيؤ ما أكلته في وقت سابق.…

June 22, 2018. Ordered the Shepard's Pie and ate most of it. Once at home we fed the leftover portion to the dog. I started feeling nausea and abdominal pain a few hours later and then vomited heavily. A couple of hours after the dog vomited all of the food up as well,
