Ate lunch at 6 Mile pub. Finished about 3pm. Went home. Approx 7 pm began heaving and diahrea . Diahrea lasted 7 days. After that didn't feel right for 7 days. Felt week, went to bed. Next morning had weekness. Fell flat on my face in kitchen.…
