أنا آكل طماطم موزاريلا باناني مع الأفوكادو المنتشر طوال الوقت. هذه المرة تصبح مختلفة. أكلت هذا صباح يوم السبت وأصيبت بحمى وقشعريرة ليلة الأحد. لم أتمكن من المشي وزحفت لاستخدام الحمام. كل ما أكلته من شرب خرج على الفور من خلال الإسهال.
